Network Health recognizes employees Carol Rabehl, Colleen Davison, Andy Bellile, Mary Wideman, Carol Van Ryzin, Barb Wisneski, Jackie Michaud, Vicky Ebelt,Yvonne Morrow, Amy Verstegen, Carmen Davis and Marge Nimmer for recently reaching career milestones.

Rabehl joined Ministry Health Care, which Network Health is part of, 20 years ago. During her time with the system, Rabehl has served as the department secretary for the Alcohol and Drug Rehabilitative Unit as well as the rehabilitation services department at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Marshfield. When Rabehl relocated to the Fox Valley area, she assumed her current role as administrative assistant to Network Health Vice President and General Manager of the Medicare Division, Marcia Broeren. In this role, Rabehl assists with various office duties including ordering office supplies, coordinating staff’s personal time off schedules, organizing department events as well as assisting with processing Network Health’s Medicare members’ billing paperwork.

Davison has been with Affinity Health System, which Network Health is part of, for 15 years. She has held numerous roles within the system including controlled substance testing specialist and controlled substance trainer. Davison joined Network Health in 2008 as Medicare compliance auditor. She was recently promoted to her current role as Medicare star rating performance specialist. In her role, Davison is responsible for overseeing Network Health’s Medicare Star ratings.

Bellile began his career with Network Health 15 years ago as associate account specialist for the company’s accounts receivable and finance department. He was later promoted to his current role as account specialist in the enrollment services department. In his role, Bellile handles billing and enrollment areas for the health plan’s commercial plans and also its Individual and Family plan.

Wideman joined Network Health 10 years ago. During her time with Network Health, Wideman has served as a customer service representative, a member advocate and commercial regulatory compliance auditor, which is her current role. Wideman works to ensure the necessary processes and procedures are in place so the health plan is compliant with state and federal health insurance regulations.

Van Ryzin joined Network Health 15 years ago as a customer service representative. In her role, Van Ryzin helps Network Health’s members with questions relating to their health plans. Prior to joining Network Health, Van Ryzin served for many years as a customer service representative with La Salle Clinic. During her time with the clinic, it became part of Affinity Medical Group, which is now part of Affinity Health System (Network Health is also part of Affinity Health System).

Wisneski has more than 15 years of experience in the medical health insurance industry. She joined Network Health 10 years ago as a care management referral technician. During her time with Network Health, Wisneski has held numerous positions, including Medicare coding specialist, Medicare claims investigative analyst, Medicare claims supervisor and her current role as Medicare claims manager. In this role, Wisneski manages the Medicare claims department, assuring compliance with regulatory agency requirements and overseeing provider and member satisfaction.

Michaud and Ebelt are celebrating their fifth anniversaries with Network Health. Michaud serves as a senior business systems analyst, which includes working to plan, design, develop, test and implement new processes and interfaces that allow Network Health to run more efficiently.

Ebelt first joined Network Health as a customer service representative. In July 2011, Ebelt transitioned to her current role as secretary for Network Health’s Quality Improvement and Disease Management Departments. Ebelt’s duties include assisting with mailings to the health plan’s members, as well as calling providers to ensure members can see their physicians in a timely manner.

Morrow joined Affinity Health System, which Network Health is part of, 15 years ago. During her time with the system, Morrow has served as a float pool nurse as well as a hospice nurse with Affinity Visiting Nurses. In 2008, Morrow transferred to Network Health as coordinator of care management. In her role, Morrow provides case management services for Network Health’s members who have been diagnosed with cancer and are undergoing treatment. Morrow coordinates care for these members and provides education regarding the disease, treatment options and side effects, including pain and symptom management.

Verstegen, Davis and Nimmer are celebrating their fifth anniversaries. All three women have held the role as customer service representative. Verstegen and Nimmer continue to serve in this role as they assist members with questions relating to their health plans.

Davis served as a customer service representative for approximately three years before taking a position with Affinity Health System in patient registration at Saint Elizabeth Hospital. In March 2012, Davis returned to Network Health as a receptionist.
