Key Things to Know about Your Drug Coverage

With your plan you receive access to pharmacy benefits and a number of online tools. Members can access these tools by signing in to My Account and clicking on the CVS/caremarkTM. There you will find the following tools.

  • Find a Pharmacy in the Network - Your prescription ID card is accepted at most major pharmacy chains and many independent pharmacies. Find directions and a map to the participating retail pharmacy closest to your home or workplace.
  • Refills On-the-Go - Set up and manage your prescriptions from anywhere, anytime. Download the free CVS/caremark mobile app to refill prescriptions on the go.
  • Understand My Plan and Benefits - Learn about your plan's benefits to help you save money. Compare the pricing and coverage available by filling at a participating local pharmacy or via mail service. You can also explore which brand-name drugs have generic alternatives available.
  • View Prescription History and Personalized Drug Information - View your prescription history and find information about your prescriptions.
  • Ask-a-Pharmacist - Get confidential and reliable answers to your prescription and over-the-counter drug questions.

Mail Order Service

Choose one of two easy ways to start using the CVS/caremark Mail Service Pharmacy.

  1. Call FastStart® at 800-875-0867
  2. Sign into My Account and click on the CVS/caremark link. Select Plan Savings Opportunities down the right side of the page and click the Save with Mail Service Programs button. 

Drug Lists

Our lists of covered drugs contain the most commonly prescribed medications with information about drug tiers and restrictions, if any. For more information, sign into My Account at, then click on the CVS/caremark link, or call CVS/caremark Customer Care 24 hours a day, seven days a week at 855-282-8476.
