Selecting a Physician

If you’d like to view the providers in your network, you can use the interactive provider search available through NetworkConnect, the Network Health Plan member portal, or you can download a copy of the printed provider directory.  

To access NetworkConnect, click on the NetworkConnect Log-in at the top of the page. If you’d like to download the printed directory, locate your provider network from the list below and click on the directory option that you’d like to view. You’ll see a screen that confirms that you want to access the pdf version of that directory (Adobe Reader is required to open these directories. If you don’t have the Adobe Reader software on your computer, you can download a free copy by clicking here).
