At Network Health Plan, we strive to provide you the best possible service, whether you’re in a physician’s office, talking with us on the phone, or visiting our website.

This site offers a wealth of information about Network Health Plan's products and services.  After you log in you will be able to access information about:

  • Claims history—review the status of your medical claim summaries for every provider you have seen.  Printer-friendly versions of your claims are also available.   
  • Referrals & Authorizations—check the status of referrals to other providers and authorizations for medical services
  • Provider Search—search for a provider by specialty, zip code, gender, etc.
  • Benefits—review your eligibility and benefit plan information
  • Prescriptions—order online, compare prescription drug prices, and find drug information by clicking on the link to Express Scripts, your pharmacy benefits source.  You can also access an online Health Risk Assessment tool (click on “Your Health” then select “Health Check.”
  • Email Customer Service—send a private email to our Customer Services department if you have a question about your claims, or for other requests, like changing your Primary Care Physician.
  • User Preferences—you can change your password, and if you enter your Message Center, you can choose to be notified to your email address on record when you have a new message from our Customer Service department.  

To log in:

  • Existing Network Health Plan members enrolled in NetworkConnect: click on NetworkConnect (above) and log in using your user name and password.
  • Existing Network Health Plan members not yet enrolled in NetworkConnect: click on NetworkConnect, then click on the "Members" icon to register.
