Selecting a Physician

Directory information is for Reference Only. The directories contain a listing of contracted practitioners and facilities participating with Network Health Plan. The directories are updated monthly on this webpage. The information was “current” when last updated, however it is subject to change. To verify that your provider is participating with NHP when you receive services, please contact your plan administrator. Your plan administrator should be found on your health insurance ID card.
Validation of Physician/Hospital Information
Provider name, specialty, acceptance of new patients (open/closed practice), languages spoken by provider, and office locations, as well as hospital name and location, are validated during the credentialing process and during original entry of a provider. Information is then updated as Network Health Plan is notified of any corrections or additional information.
