Point of Service (POS)
The POS plan from Network Health Plan and Network Health Insurance Corporation combines the comprehensive benefits, utilization management and cost control of an HMO with the option of utilizing out of plan providers. Two levels of benefits are provided and the member selects which level they want to use. Members can use in-network providers and receive the highest level of benefits, or choose to receive care from out-of-network providers at higher out-of-pocket costs.
