Franciscan Care & Rehabilitation Center names new medical director

APPLETON, Wis. – Dr. Ronald Schreiber has been named medical director for Franciscan Care & Rehabilitation Center in Appleton.

Schreiber, who has been with Affinity Medical Group since 1993, currently is an Internal Medicine physician at the Affinity Medical Group clinic on Madison Street in Appleton. He has more than 10 years experience in nursing homes, and he is a member of the American Medical Directors Association.

Franciscan Care & Rehabilitation Center offers long-term care and transitional rehabilitation, hospice and therapy programs to Fox Valley residents. The facility is a 200-bed comprehensive center specializing in caring for the elderly and temporarily disabled. It also includes a specialized care unit for Alzheimer’s patients.
