  • $25,000 was awarded to the Tri County Community Dental Clinic to subsidize the cost of providing dental services to low income residents of southern Winnebago County.
  • $13,500 was awarded to Affinity Health System marketing and public relations department for a Spanish version of ADAM patient education content for the Affinity Web site. The online health information contains 30,000 health and wellness articles written by medical specialists from across the country. The Memory Center, located on the Affinity Mercy Medical Center campus in Oshkosh, specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of Alzheimer's diseas and other dementia.
  • $265 was awarded to the Affinity Mercy Medical Center BirthPlace to purchase amenity items for women who are hospitalized to prevent premature birth. These stays can sometimes be lengthy, and the funds will be used for items to make patients more comfortable.
