MENASHA, Wis. - Network Health Plan is offering a free, educational workshop to help people struggling with chronic health issues such as arthritis, heart problems, asthma, osteoporosis, obesity, cancer or other conditions learn ways of managing their health. This six-week offering covers topics such as: symptom management, medication management, improving nutrition, goal setting, dealing with emotions, etc. Workshops are FREE, with an option to purchase the $20 textbook “Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions,” which is loaned out during the class.
The Living Well with Chronic Conditions workshop will take place at the following dates and times:
St. Elizabeth Hospital
- Tuesdays February 2 - March 16, 9:00 – 11:30am, St. Elizabeth Hospital, Appleton, WI
- Thursdays February 4 - March 18, 1:00 – 3:30pm, St. Elizabeth Hospital, Appleton, WI
Network Health Plan
- Thursdays February 4 - March 18, 6:00-8:30 pm, 1570 Midway Place, Menasha, WI
