CHILTON, Wis. – Calumet Medical Center in Chilton is expanding its orthopaedics program to better meet patients’ needs.
Beginning in January, four Affinity Medical Group orthopaedic physicians from Appleton will have regular office hours at the Affinity Medical Group Clinic, located at 618 Memorial Drive, Chilton, and perform orthopaedic surgery at Calumet Medical Center.
“This is another effort in our goal to provide health care services as close to the patient as possible,” said Travis Andersen, president and chief executive officer of Calumet Medical Center. “With the expanded orthopaedics program, patients can see their specialist, have their surgery and go through rehabilitation at Calumet Medical Center.
“Expanding this program and offering access to a variety of surgeons will help us ensure good continuous coverage. I am particularly excited about this group of doctors who have built a great reputation in Appleton,” Andersen said.
The following physicians will be practicing in the Chilton Affinity Medical Group clinic and Calumet Medical Center:
- Dr. Lee Hash will see patients from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. on Mondays, beginning Jan. 8.
- Dr. Chris Prato will see patients from 9 to 11:30 a.m. on the first and third Wednesdays of the month, beginning Jan. 17.
- Dr. Daniel Metz will see patients from 9 to 11:30 a.m. on the second and fourth Thursdays of the month, beginning Jan. 25.
- Dr. Joseph McCormick will see patients from 9 to 11:30 a.m. on the first and third Fridays of the month, beginning Jan. 19.
All four physicians will perform surgery at Calumet Medical Center during the afternoons on the days they see patients.
