MENASHA, Wis. – The Affinity Health System board of directors recently elected two members to three-year terms.
Dr. Fred Klein, Oshkosh, is a radiologist with Radiology Associates of the Fox Valley, S.C., Oshkosh. Klein is board-certified in radiology, and he is a member of the Winnebago County Medical Society, the Wisconsin State Medical Society and the American Medical Association. He earned his undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Minnesota.
Wayne Trembly, Oshkosh, is co-owner and president of Oshkosh Coil Spring, Inc. Trembly served as president of Chamco from 1999-2000, and he has served on numerous other area boards. He is a member of the Spring Manufacturers Institute, a national trade organization, and the Chicago Association of Spring Manufacturers.
