Vision

Affinity Health System will be recognized as the health care leader in the communities we serve through compassionate care, excellent customer service and superior clinical quality, provided in partnership with the finest health care professionals. 

Mission

The mission of Affinity Health System is to live out the healing ministry of Christ by providing services that promote the health and well being of the communities we serve, especially the poor.

Values

The way we accomplish our mission is as important as the mission itself.  These values and traditions of our sponsors, Ministry Health Care and Wheaton Franciscan Sisters, guide our actions.


Service

We believe that giving attention to the unique needs of others enhances the lives of those who serve and those being served.
