Living Well with Diabetes

Menasha, Wis. - Network Health is offering a free, educational workshop to help people struggling with Type 2 Diabetes. This six-week offering includes topics such as: techniques to deal with pain and fatigue, appropriate use of medication, healthy eating, appropriate exercise and more. Workshops are FREE, with an option to purchase the $20 textbook “Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions,” which is loaned out during the class.
The Living Well with Diabetes workshop will take place at the following dates and times:

Thursdays February 4 - March 18, 9:00 – 11:30am, St. Elizabeth Hospital, Appleton, WI
Tuesdays February 2 - March 16, 1:00 – 3:30pm, St. Elizabeth Hospital, Appleton, WI
