At Network Health Plan, we believe that we are much more than your health insurance company. A fundamental part of our mission is to help people find ways to lead a healthier and happier life. We start by offering flexible health plans that are tailored to the needs of our customers through partnerships with a wide variety of quality medical facilities, physicians, pharmacies and health care providers.

But staying healthy requires more than a quality health insurance plan. We also offer and develop programs that go beyond simply paying for medical claims. We do things like offer classes that teach you about healthy eating habits and how to commit to an exercise routine…we work with people who are diagnosed with chronic diseases, such as diabetes or cancer, to find ways to manage their conditions and maintain their health…and we provide useful and accessible health information through programs like NurseDirect and WebMD.

Network Health Plan began offering customized health insurances services to area employers, individuals and families in 1982. We started as a small Health Maintenance Organization organized by a group of Fox Valley physicians and today we have developed a strong reputation for providing quality health care coverage and excellent customer service to thousands of people throughout Northeast Wisconsin and beyond. Our services include:

• A wide range of affordable Medicare Advantage plans
• Medicaid SSI and BadgerCare Plus plans. These services are offered through Managed Health Services, which administers enrollment under Network Health Plan’s contract with the State of Wisconsin Department of Health Services for BadgerCare Plus and Medicaid SSI members.
