WebMD and ExpressScripts

All members registered for My Account have access to Express Scripts and all adult members have access to WebMD. You don't need to memorize additional user names and passwords for WebMD or ExpressScripts; once you've registered for these services and are signed in to My Account, all you need to do is click on the ExpressScripts or WebMD link to get to these sites.

WebMD

When you click on WebMD, your WebMD screen will open in the same browser tab or window.* This is because all WebMD screens include a link that lets you easily go back to My Account. If you want to return to My Account from any screen in WebMD, click on Return to My Account at the top left of the page and My Account will open, again in the same tab or window.

The first screen you will see when you enter the WebMD website is your Health Risk Assessment page. Take the Health Risk Assessment (known as Health Quotient) to learn your overall health status, and learn what you can do to improve your health risks.

To get to the WebMD page, click Home on the far left of the green menu bar close to the top of the page. From the Home page you can access information about health topics, use the symptom checker, and view videos about current health news. If you click the Living Healthy tab, you can access the WebMD lifestyle programs that teach you things like how to manage your weight, exercise habits, emotional health, and stress level.

ExpressScripts Pharmacy Benefits

When you click on the ExpressScripts link, your ExpressScripts screen will open in a new browser window or tab.* When you are done using ExpressSxcripts you can close the browser window or tab and your My Account window will still be open. If you haven't used your My Account for 20 minutes or more, your session will be ended and you'll be asked to sign in again. This time limit protects your private health information in case you leave your computer and forget to sign out.

Why am I being asked to register for WebMD or ExpressScripts?

WebMD and ExpressScripts are accessed through My Account, however the first time you access either of these sites you'll be asked to complete a short registration process. Once that's done, you won't have to sign in separately; just sign in to My Account and click on WebMD or ExpressScripts.

*The preferences you choose for your computer's browser determine whether you will see tabs or windows. Check your browser's settings for more information.
