Signing in to NetworkConnect

1. Go to www.NetworkHealth.com
2. Click on ‘My Account’ near the top of your screen
3. The next screen will ask you for your user ID and password - enter them and click "LOGIN'
4. The next screen is the main page for My Account
   Click on the Healthy Rewards icon to view your
   Millennium points to redeem your points for
   gift cards or merchandise.
   Click on the WebMD icon to take your Health Risk
   Assessment or to access the Lifestyle Improvement
   Programs. WebMD will require you to register the
   first time you log in. Use the same username and
   password you set up for NetworkConnect.

   Click to view your
   Imported lab data

1. Go to www.NetworkHealth.com
2. Click on ‘My Account’ near the top of your screen
3. Click on ‘Register Now’ found under the 'Don't have an account yet?' heading
4. Complete the information fields found on the screens that follow - you will need your Network Health Plan ID number, which can be found on your ID card
5. When you complete the registration process, you will be taken back to the sign in screen. Use your new user name and password to sign in to My Account!
