Access to My Account
Signing In
Go to My Account (the link is also found at the top of this page) and enter your user ID and password.
Getting Started: Register for My Account
If this is the first time you are visiting My Account, you will need to register and create a user name and password:
- Go to the registration page or click on the Register Now button on the My Account sign in page.
- Enter your Member ID number (found on your Network Health Plan insurance card) and your birthdate.
- Enter the required information on the screens that follow.
- When asked to create your user ID, password, and password reminder, select names/numbers that will not be easily guessed by others. If you record this information, be sure to keep it in a safe place.
I've Forgotten my Password
- If you don't remember your password, go to the password reminder screen (or click on the Get Password button on the My Account sign in page). Then enter your user ID to see your password reminder.
- If the password reminder isn't helping you remember your password, you can reset your password:
- Click the "Back" button on your browser
- Re-enter your user ID
- Click the Reset button
- Enter the answer to your secret question and click Submit
- If you still can't sign in, please call the My Account Help Desk at (877) 814-9909 and you will receive assistance with resetting your password.
How Long Does the My Account Session Stay Active?
If you don't use My Account for 20 minutes or more, your session will end and you'll be asked to sign in again. This time limit protects your private health information in case you leave your computer and forget to sign out. Your My Account session stays active as long as you are moving from page to page within any of these sites:
- My Account
- WebMD
- Millennium and Wellness Pathways sites (if applicable)
Privacy: Access to Your Family's Information
- Your spouse's medical information is not available to you when you sign in to My Account. Your spouse needs to register for his or her own My Account access.
- Because of privacy regulations, when members reach age 13 their medical information is no longer included on their parents' or guardians' account. When members reach age 13 they can register for their own My Account access with their own user IDs and passwords.
Return to NetworkHealth.com
It's easy to get back to NetworkHealth.com from anywhere in My Account:
- If you are on the My Account sign in page, click on the Network Health Plan logo in the top left corner.
- From any page in My Account, click on the words Exit My Account. Return to NetworkHealth.com near the top center of the page.
- When you return to NetworkHealth.com you are ending your My Account secure sign in. If you want to go back to My Account, you need to sign in again.

If you have questions about logging into My Account or if you need assistance with your user name or password, please call the My Account Help Desk anytime day or night. During the times when the Help Desk is busy with other callers, you may receive a voicemail recording. If this happens, please leave a message with your name and phone number, speaking clearly so that your information can be understood by the Help Desk representative. Your call will be returned promptly.
