Get Healthy, Get Rewarded

Wellness Pathways is a program designed to help employees of Network Health's small business health plan clients control their own health. Wellness Pathways members earn rewards through their annual wellness exam and by completing the free Health Risk Assessment.

Each of the things people do - shedding extra pounds, kicking tobacco habits, annual health screenings - adds up to help them improve their health, and earning rewards can be a great incentive to help them get these things done. Through the Wellness Pathways program, employees earn one point for each of the Wellness Criteria they reach throughout the year. At the end of the insurance plan year, Wellness Rewards are distributed to the employer groups for each of the employees who met at least five of the Wellness Criteria Goals.
