NurseDirect
When your employees have health care questions—any time of the day or night—NurseDirect has answers. NurseDirect is a free 24-hour phone service that connects people in northeastern Wisconsin with a local registered nurse who will answer your employees' questions and help them find the health resources they need. NurseDirect:
- Answers health and medical questions
- Connects callers with local community outreach classes, workshops and support groups
- Can schedule an appointment with an Affinity Medical Group provider anytime, even in the middle of the night for the next morning.
- Offers prerecorded information about more than 1,200 health topics
The nurses at NurseDirect will carefully listen to caller concerns and offer appropriate assistance, including advice about whether additional in-person medical care may be required.
